All face to face readings are cash payments only!

If for any reason we cannot perform a service for you that you have paid for we will give you a full refund.

Once a reading is booked and paid for that time and date needs to be adhered too. Any changes with less than 24hours to the reading cannot be refunded because the time cannot be resold in such a short space of time.

If you have received a reading from our team but didn’t like what the reading brought to light then we will not refund any money. All of our readings are done by a person, they are not computer generated and there any many influencing factors on what information can and cannot be obtained.

If you are unhappy during a session you need to say as early on as possible so that those queries can be rectified or your reading can be reduced to a shorter time.

It is not acceptable to have a full reading and then afterwards demand a full refund. The prices of our readings are for the reader’s time, energy and knowledge; they are not for the content of the read.

By booking, paying for and having a reading you are entering into a contract with us based on the amount of time that we will spend with you – again the money paid is not for the content it is for the time of the reading.

We will read for the amount of time that has been paid for, it is of course your responsibility and judgement to manage how you feel about the reading. You have free will to leave or stop the reading – those cases will be discussed on a one-to-one basis.
