What is meditation
Meditation is an ancient practice where an individual can use techniques such as mindfulness to train their attention and thoughts, to become more aware of themselves and their surroundings, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
It is a universal tool that can be used to help relax and unwind the body and mind from daily pressures and release negativity, anxiety, and depression.
This practice enables us to be more affirmative in our convictions, it gives clarity of thoughts confidence, stability, and strength mentally and emotionally.
Meditation helps to peel away the layers of negativity through conditioned behaviour, the journey leads increasingly to a sense of expansive, mystical, internal positivity.
What is spiritual meditation and how is it different?
I have been working with clients for 40 years now to help them with their meditation practices. I start with putting my client into a meditative state through various techniques and then adopt various tools such as the Bridge of Light, calling upon your Spiritual Guides and using the technique of visualisation to bring about change. This session lasts up to one hour, deepening on the desired result and will help heal and repair you mentally and emotionally and help create new desired states.
