What is Spiritual life coaching?

Are you at a crossroads in your life, feel stuck and just finding it a daily struggle to find the answers and want to know how to move forward positively? Do you feel you might be blocked energetically, an no matter what you do, you just can’t seem to move on in your life?

I have helped hundreds of clients over the years transform and get their life back into shape and work towards achieving optimum mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Using my 40 years’ experience in psychic and astrology reading combined with alternative therapies, I can talk you through how I can work with you to look at addressing some of those issues and look at supporting you in an ongoing growth programme. We can consider a 3, 6 or 12-month Spiritual programme, depending on your direct needs.

How would a Spiritual life coaching programme work?

Step one

I will want to start with an initial one-hour consultation with you, where I will carry out a thorough review of your needs and include a psychic reading and astrology reading to help understand which areas need to be addressed.

Step two

I will then pull a report together of my suggestions of what I can help you with and talk you through what that transformation process would look like and what practices I will use to help you get there.

Step three

If you are keen to go ahead, we will agree a programme which will include some or all of the following practices:

Energy healing, Bio-rescinance
Crystal healing, magnetic healing
Aura and chakra healing
Colour therapy/gem therapy
Spiritual ceremonies
Spiritual remedies – faith led practices, beneficial karmic practices,
Spiritual meditation inc future visualisation
Past life regression

Upon each visit, a review will be done to check in your progress, and I will run a reading to to ensure your continued progress.
