What is crystal healing?

Crystal therapy has been practiced for many years. It is a natural alternative medicine technique that uses stones and crystals. It is understood that the history of this type of healing reaches as far back as 6,000 years ago and initially used by Ancient Egyptians. More recently it is practised by Chinese to connect to life energy or chi/qi and also Hindu/Buddhists through the concept of chakras and life energy.

How does Crystal Healing work?

It is commonly believed that the energy and vibrations found in crystals have natural healing powers.  The energy and healing vibrations work by removing blockages from around and within the body. They restore natural flow of energy.

The healing process creates harmonies within the 7 chakras of the body and can help you feel more relaxed and charged.

Crystal therapy takes a holistic view of a person. It treats a person as a whole, considering their mind, body, and soul as well as their spiritual and emotional well-being. This is unlike normal healthcare that works towards fixing one symptom at a time.

How do I know which crystals to use?

I have an in-depth knowledge about each crystal, and which is relevant to use for which area of your body.

Different crystals are made up of different energies, so I will take the information provided to choose the right crystals specifically for you.

How does crystal therapy work?

To start the process, I will hold a 1-2-1 session to talk about your specific needs whether that is physical, emotional, spiritual or anything else that you feel may be going on around you.

Crystal therapy is non-invasive, relaxing, natural, and pleasant. Once the right crystals for you are selected, they are placed on different parts of the body and in the surrounding environment. Just being close to or having contact with the right crystals can change a person’s own energies on many levels. The positioning of them will depend on where and how the client needs support.

Whether you believe in the physical healing properties of crystals or not, the therapy itself will offer you a chance to lie back, relax and get in touch with your body’s energies so you can leave feeling refreshed, restored and de-stressed.
