Kevin Gates said “you have to feel, in order to heal”

An open flowing heart is a magnet for universal abundance”. Kevin Gates said “you have to feel, in order to heal”… being controlled by the ego alone, will ruin jobs, experiences and relationships…Take away the ego and be led by spirit.

Forgiving our old self is self-care. Forgiveness is essential for our emotional healing, when we have hurt feelings from our past or present, we can choose to feel them fully and let them go or hold onto them letting them manifest. By allowing them to go, we open our heart to new experiences with compassion, love, and self-awareness.

Even when people are being negative, we have the power to impact them in making them think positive, by being our authentic self and changing the energy around us, not only helping them but also helping ourselves to grow spiritually physically and mentally.

As the quote goes, “The weak can never forgive Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”….Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness, but because we deserve peace. A bigger person can forgive as no person is guilty of sin; we are all born to make “mistakes” and learn from them.

However, forgiveness is one thing; boundaries are equally important, this doesn’t mean letting someone continually disrespect you and treat you incredibly poorly, without response. We can forgive someone and still take a healthy approach in deciding if we want them in your life, based on the type of abuse.

Opening your heart chakra on the road to forgiveness allows you to do some of the following effortlessly, according to Deepak Chopra;
1. Empathy and Compassion Create Openness- Walking in another person’s shoes is not easy to do, but can be helpful in fostering a sense of empathy. Know that when someone chooses to hurt you, it’s almost never about you. It’s about them. Forgive and embrace them to gain a better understanding.
2. Giving love to receive love- The best way to receive love is to give it; take action. Smile at everyone you see daily, even if you don’t feel like smiling. It’s contagious!
3. Giving friends, family and co-workers daily positive affirmations and feedback.

Blessed week to you all
